4. Data Collected by the Website

- Enable bulk message sending and other Extension features via WhatsApp Web
- Validate your licence and manage your subscription
- Send account-related notifications (activation, renewal, support)
- Improve Extension performance and resolve technical issues
- Respond to customer support requests
We do not sell your data to any third party. We do not use your WhatsApp contact data for any purpose other than facilitating the messages you initiate. We do not retain your contact lists or message content after your session ends.
7. Retention of Data
Session data (contact numbers, message content, uploaded files): Held in browser memory during active use only. Automatically discarded when you close the tab or end your campaign. Never written to disk or transmitted to any server.
Local browser storage (licence key, preferences): Retained in chrome.storage until you uninstall the Extension or manually clear your browser storage.
Server-side data (licence key, email): Retained for the duration of your subscription and for a reasonable period thereafter for support and legal compliance.
8. Transfer of Data
Suscin Innovation Labs LLP is headquartered in Maharashtra, India. Your data is primarily stored and processed in India. If you are located outside India and use our Service, your data may be transferred to and processed in India in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
9. Disclosure of Data
We may disclose your personal information only in the following circumstances:
- Legal compliance — If required by law or by valid requests from public authorities
